Medical Rescue Efforts

The Seeds Stone Medical Clinic was built in 2009. Since then, the Chicks for Children Foundation has helped support efforts to provide medical treatment for children and youth at the Seeds Orphanage, Seeds Academy…

There are so many success stories. During one of many medical mission trips, Dr. Larry Stone diagnosed Sammy with a heart defeat that threatened his life. Within the year, arrangements were made for Sammy to have open-heart surgery. Here is a picture taken recently of Sammy with Mom Linda who partnered with her brother, Dr. Larry, in this medical rescue effort.

Our hope is to sustain medical care. At the present time, there are medical clinics at the orphanage and academy sites. Pharmaceutical supplies are provided at those two sitesmedical_rescue for the treatment of illnesses. We are grateful to our foundation partners who continue to help support this very important missionary effort. At the present time, there are efforts to increase pediatric support from the local community and solicit support for the Pediatric Department at the Moix Medical Clinic in Eldoret, Kenya.
